Santomas
The Santomas winery, beautifully situated in the hills above the coastal town of Koper, produces sustainable Slovenian premium wines of the highest quality. The focus is clearly on the regional grape varieties of Slovenia Refosk (Refosco) and Malvazija from Istria, although an excellent Shiraz is also in the range.
