Sea salt

Our fine sea salts and fleur de sel come from the Secovlje salt pans nature reserve in Slovenia. The Piranske Soline is the last salt pan in Europe where the salt is still harvested by hand. By cultivating the special biosediment or “Petola” algae on the soil of the salt fields, the salt becomes significantly purer. Truly unique in taste and effect.
