Cotar
The Cotar natural winery in the Karst, a unique plateau between the Vipava Valley and the Gulf of Trieste, produces excellent and uncompromising organic wines of exceptional quality. Cotar is particularly known for its regional grape varieties Teran and Vitovska, which we only find in this region of Slovenia.
