Highly aromatic rosé from Santomas

After the grapes have been hand-picked, the vines of the Santomas Rosé are cooled overnight before being pressed. The wine is aged in steel tanks on the yeast for four months before being bottled. This is how the fruity, complex aroma of the rosé from Slovenian Istria is created.

Santomas Rosé has a light pink colour with a hint of ruby red. It has a pronounced, complex aroma of strawberries and raspberries with a hint of peppery spice. It is very harmonious and appealing. It is dry on the palate with a medium body and the same fruity expression as on the nose.

An elegant and juicy rosé with balanced acidity that combines the best of the three cuvée varieties Refosk, Merlot and Shiraz. A must-try for those who love complex, elegant rosé wines.
