Cabernet Sauvignon in its depth and elegance
Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized primarily by the power and body that this variety is able to develop on the soils of the Movia winery in the Goriska Brda region. The vines for this great natural wine are harvested late and by hand. Fermentation takes place on the wine's own yeasts. After a long maceration of 3-4 weeks until the natural clarification of the wine, it ages in barriques for 2 years. The wine is bottled unfiltered and without added sulfur, in which it matures for another 6 months before it is sold.
Although the Cabernet Sauvignon is so full-bodied, it shows great elegance. This natural wine is also stronger and richer in aroma than comparable red wines. It combines the fruitiness and famous notes of black currant with notes of cherry, blueberry, mocha, undergrowth and tobacco that we love in the best red wines. Many Cabernet Sauvignon come primarily from the potency of the variety. This shows us their depth and delicacy. The velvetiness and soft fullness in the mouth is also impressive. An experience for all senses.
The finish is long-lasting and intense. The natural wine Cabernet Sauvignon is already wonderful to enjoy, but also has a very good shelf life.
