Aged in barriques, Edi Simcic's Pint Gris is fruity, elegant and highly durable. Aromas of apples, pears, melons and mirabelle plums, combined with fine almond biscuit. Plus light vanilla nuances, spicy clove and floral acacia blossom. Discreet, delicate and yet intense.

The Sivi Pinot from the Goriska Brda region in Slovenia wonderfully presents the region's unique climate. The combination of the Mediterranean and the Alps creates special wines. Edi Simcic's white wine shows a salty minerality combined with juiciness, fullness and a constant tension that lasts until the long finish. It also fills the entire mouth with its creaminess.
