The top white wine cuvée from Edi Simcic

The Edi Simcic Triton Lex is made up of one third each of the international white wine varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon and the regional variety Ribolla Gialla. The key to a great white wine blend lies in the selection of the grapes at harvest. Only the best and most mature become part of the composition.

The bouquet is lush, complex, with delicate ripe yellow fruits, oak notes and a hint of herbs. Peach, grapefruit, honeydew melons, gooseberries, pears, mangoes, vanilla-almonds, acacia blossoms, elderberries and sage. What a pleasure the aroma structure of the wine already makes in the fragrance!

On the palate it is full, firm, rich and characterized by the long maceration of fine tannins and salty minerality. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc make it powerful and concentrated, while the Ribolla Gialla rounds off the white wine.
