Vinakoper Capris Primovero Rosé 2022

An excellent rosé wine for many occasions

Vinakoper's Capris Primovero Rosé wine has a delicate pink colour, typical of the modern style of rosé wines. Fermentation takes place partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel to create the perfect balance of fruit and complexity. It then matures for another 4-6 months on the fine yeast, which further intensifies the aromas of the rosé wine.

Beautifully fruity aroma on the nose, with notes of strawberry, red grapefruit, cherry and pomegranate intertwining. On the palate, the Slovenian rosé is elegant and fresh at the same time. In addition, there are almost imperceptible wood notes, which mainly contribute to the mineral character. The finish is present and pleasant.

An excellent rosé cuvée from Vinakoper that makes balmy summer evenings something very special.
