Pure red wine pleasure – in magnum size

The red wine cuvée Edi Simcic Duet is made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Aleks and Edi Simcic see it as an enjoyable and widely accessible red wine. It wonderfully combines the advantages of a deep, powerful red wine and the pure drinking pleasure of a fruity red from Slovenia. This interplay is magnificent!

It matured in barriques for 24 months, which gives it a beautiful harmony. In the aromas, we recognise red berries, especially blackberries, along with cherries and plums. It shows all its fruity splendour here. Followed by spicy pepper notes.

On the palate, like all Edi Simcic wines, it is soft, velvety and has a fine tannin structure. It has an engaging fullness, coupled with a youthful playfulness.

The Duet by Edi Simcic offers a true red wine pleasure that is easily accessible yet has serious depth.
