Originally for their own use, but over time also for other monasteries, parishes and bishops in Slovenia. They have always appreciated a good white wine.

Thanks to the long experience, the wine is particularly well-balanced in the coordination of the varieties, with a fresh, spicy aroma and a full flavour on the palate with fine aromas and a long finish. It combines the fruit and freshness of the Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Kerner and Welschriesling varieties.
