Nebbiolo is one of Italy's most popular red wine varieties and is mainly grown in the Piedmont region. The Vincenzo Bossotti winery combines a love of nature, high quality and modern winemaking techniques to create a holistic approach to viticulture.

The Nebbiolo Mompillone grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in barriques.

Ruby red in colour with orange highlights. On the nose, it has a bouquet of preserved and candied fruits, floral aromas and notes of cocoa, vanilla and spices. On the palate, it is very well balanced between elegance, depth and intensity, with a pleasant tannin structure. The finish is long and lingering.

The Nebbiolo Mompillone from Vincenzo Bossotti is an exceptionally harmonious red wine from Italy with very good ageing potential.
