The family-run Vincenzo Bossotti winery cultivates 9 hectares of vineyards in Cisterna d'Asti, Piedmont, which blend beautifully into the unique landscape. All grapes are carefully harvested by hand. The Barbera d'Asti San Rume is vinified in stainless steel tanks and then aged in barriques.

This red wine from Italy has an inviting, deep ruby red colour.
The bouquet is intensely fruity, with notes of wild berries, preserved red fruits, undergrowth, vanilla, liquorice and a hint of tobacco. There are also nuances of Mediterranean herbs.

On the palate, the wine is fresh, full-bodied and spicy. It is powerful, intense and very harmonious. The finish is not too long, but very pleasant.
