The top white wine cuvée from Edi Simcic

The Edi Simcic Triton Lex is composed of one third each of the international white wine varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon, and the regional variety Ribolla Gialla. The key to a great white wine cuvée lies in the selection of the grapes during the harvest. Only the best and ripest become part of the composition.

The bouquet is opulent and complex, with delicate notes of ripe yellow fruit, oak and a hint of herbs. Peach, grapefruit, honeydew melon, gooseberry, pear, mango, vanilla almond, acacia blossom, elderberry and sage. The aromatic structure of the wine is a delight to the senses!

On the palate, it is full, firm, rich and characterised by fine tannins and salty minerality due to the long maceration. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc make it powerful and concentrated, while Ribolla Gialla rounds off the white wine.
