Rosa dei Frati is a fruity, mild rosé wine from the Ca dei Frati vineyard in the beautiful town of Sirmione, in the south of Lake Garda.

The regional red wine varieties Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera combine to create a rosé wine of a special class. Aging in stainless steel tanks gives it the fruity freshness and elegance we look for in a rosé.

On the nose, floral notes of hawthorn, followed by fruity aromas of apple and wild cherry. It is engaging on the palate, full and delicately spicy. Berry notes emerge. A beautiful balance of structure and lightness makes it an ideal companion to many dishes. Rounded off by fresh acidity, very lively.
