The Ronchedone from Ca dei Frati is an excellent red wine cuvée from Italy made from the Marzemino, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties from the southern shore of Lake Garda.

The soil of the region, former moraine hills where the present-day vineyards are located, is ideal for growing these red wine varieties. 14 months of maturation in barriques, followed by 4 months of bottle aging, give rise to a powerful, spicy red wine.

The nose is characterised by a fascinating variety of red fruits, such as blueberries, followed by berry jam notes and balsamic hints. On the palate, it shows its power, purity, spiciness and well-integrated acidity. It is very engaging and soft with a long finish.

An excellent red wine from Lombardy, it is not without reason that it is one of the favourite wines of many wine lovers.
