Vinakoper Capris Primovero Rosé 2022

Excellent rosé wine for many occasions

The Capris Primovero rosé wine from Viankoper has a delicate pink color, typical of the modern style of rosé wines. Fermentation takes place partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel to create the perfect balance of fruit and complexity. It then matures for another 4-6 months on the fine yeast, which further condenses the aromas of the rosé wine.

Beautifully fruity aroma on the nose, with notes of strawberry, red grapefruit, cherry and pomegranate intertwining. In the mouth, the Slovenian rosé is elegant and fresh at the same time. There are also almost imperceptible notes of wood, which mainly contribute to the mineral character. The finish is present and pleasant.

An excellent rosé cuvée from Vinakoper that makes mild summer evenings something very special.
