Complex, excellent Cabernet Sauvignon from Slovenia

Miha Batic shows us his full winemaking skill with his newly produced red wine. The combination of the best biodynamically grown vines, extremely low harvest yields and a high sensitivity for the needs of the wine, give rise to a great Cabernet Sauvignon.

As we are accustomed to with all of his wines, it has a dense and oily texture that immediately catches our eye in the glass. This is confirmed by the mouthfeel. Red berries, cranberries, a hint of smoke, a light spiciness and vanilla characterise the aromas on the nose. In the mouth, there is outstanding fruit and freshness. Very complex aromas, very dense, pleasant tannins. You always want to discover more.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is a stunner and still has a long storage potential. We are sure that it has not yet reached its peak.
