The Dveri-Pax Brut Rosé has a delicate salmon pink colour and a beautiful perlage. On the nose, it is gentle and delicate, reminiscent of ripe wild strawberries, subtle spices, ripe red apples and a hint of yeast. Despite its maturation period, it is still very young and fresh. It is perfect for laying down.

On the palate, it is beautifully dry and still very sparkling. This sparkling wine from Slovenia has only a very low acidity and the flavour shows even stronger berry notes, bread crust and yeast. A top-quality rosé sparkling wine, just as we like it.

It matured on the yeast for 24 months and was produced using the classic bottle fermentation method. An excellent sparkling wine from Slovenia.
