The Korže terraces, shaped by limestone marl, form a south-facing basin, the steepest in the area. The vines are rooted directly on the rock. In order to be able to plant the vines in this hard soil, deep holes had to be dug out with augers. The wine is happy to show its meager origins, even the aromatic grape variety Sauvignon Blanc gives it the stage.
White aromas on the nose with tones of cold smoke and chalk dust dominated by Opok. Herbal spiciness of bay leaves and cloves. There are also fully ripe kiwis. Unfolds layer by layer on the palate without being overly superficial. Rich in finesse and balanced. Sticks for a very long time. Big potential.
