Elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from Vinakoper
The Capris Cabernet Sauvignon from Vinakoper shows a classic, intense ruby red color in the glass. It matures partly in barrique barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. This gives it the perfect balance of fruit, maturity and complexity.Stimulating aromas of red fruits, black currants, liquorice and gentle pepper notes on the nose. On the palate we find an abundance of different forest fruits, raspberries and dark cherries. It is full-bodied on the palate, versatile and characterized by ripe tannins. The Caberet Sauvignon from Slovenia is dry, but still has a pleasantly sweet character that ends with a fruity and slightly spicy note.
