Delicate minerality and opulent fruit. Edi Simcic's Sauvignon Blanc from the top Slovenian wine region of Goriska Brda was classically aged in barriques. Its proximity to Burgundy wines is unmistakable in terms of aroma and style.

The Sauvignon Blanc variety, known for its characteristic aromas and ‘grassy’ notes, is reimagined by Edi Simcic. He shows his strength where crisp accents of green bell pepper or fresh grass would otherwise emerge, with distinct aromas of apricots, peaches, herbs and gooseberries. Accompanied by gentle smoky aromas and elderberry. Rounded off by pronounced minerality.

On the palate, it is at its best. Juicy, punchy and with a depth that is second to none. A brilliant Sauvignon Blanc. So different and so good.
