The red wine - Cuvée Edi Simcic Duet is produced from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Aleks and Edi Simcic see it as an enjoyable and widely accessible red wine. It wonderfully combines the advantages of a deep, strong red wine and the pure drinking pleasure of a fruity red from Slovenia. This interaction is terrific!

It matured in barriques for 24 months, which gives it a beautiful harmony. In the aromas we recognize red berries, especially blackberries, as well as cherries and plums. It shows all its fruity glory here. Followed by spicy pepper notes. On the palate, like all wines from Edi Simcic, it is soft, velvety and has a fine tannin structure. It has an engaging fullness coupled with a youthful playfulness.

Edi Simcic's Duet offers a true red wine delight that is easily accessible yet full of serious depth.
