A Riesling classic for connoisseurs

2018 was an early harvest year. An unusually warm spring and a hot summer made an excellent vintage possible. A vintage that is characterized by pronounced acidity and low alcohol - full of character and typical of the variety.

The color of the Riesling is a soft lemon yellow. The scent is young, fine and varied. Parts of ripe peaches, apricots, pineapples, tropical fruits, lemon and honey can be recognized.

The sweetness is of course immediately noticeable on the palate, but it is perfectly balanced by the ripe acidity and never comes to the fore. The oily texture also ensures a pleasant fullness.

The taste is very persistent, fruity and salty. A Riesling from the Dveri-Pax winery in Slovenia, which will delight its lovers with a great variety of facets.
