Back to nature - these are the wines of the Vina Cotar winery from the Slovenian Karst region.

From grapes to bottling, the wines are gradually moved from floor to floor deeper into the impressive underground wine cellar. Like all orange and natural wines, white wines also undergo maceration on the grape skins. Fermentation occurs spontaneously without the addition of pure yeasts and without the addition of sulfur. The white wine is bottled directly from the barrel after maturing for 13-24 months in large wooden barrels, unfiltered.

In the glass, the Malvazija natural wine has a golden yellow color. An intense aroma on the nose with hints of exotic fruits and a hint of peach and quince. The fine yeast residues give it a very special charm. With Malvazija you can enjoy a very special, unusual wine.
