The Vinakoper Capris Refosk Sekt truly shows a deep ruby ​​red color with purple nuances. The Refosk grapes were harvested exclusively by hand in the second half of September.

The refosk gives the semi-sweet sparkling wine a bouquet of ripe, dark berries and cherries. The acid balance is wonderfully successful here. The Capris Refosk looks much drier and more refreshing than the name suggests.

In the mouth it is lively, elegant, velvety and never too fruity thanks to the soft tannins, but beautifully balanced with a long finish.
