A Vermentino as fresh as it is typical

The Vermentino from Sardinia was aged in steel tanks, which beautifully brings out the typical Vermentino herbal notes combined with delicate fruit notes. In the glass, it appears straw-yellow with greenish highlights. In the nose, summer fruits such as apple and quince, but also exotic bitter notes of grapefruit, can be perceived and combine with the floral components to create a very harmonious and fresh overall picture. On the palate, it is silky, fresh, with the well-known slight bitterness of the Vermentino and a slightly salty note of the sea.
