A Vermentino as fresh as it is typical

The Vermentino from Sardinia was matured in steel tanks, which brings out the typical Vermentino herbal notes in combination with fine fruit notes. In the glass it is straw yellow with greenish reflections. In the nose, summer fruits such as apple and quince, but also exotic bitter notes of grapefruit are perceptible and combine with the floral components to create a very harmonious and fresh overall picture. In the mouth it is silky, fresh, with the well-known slight bitter note of Vermentino and a slightly salty note of the sea.
