Quercus Beli Pinot Klet Brda 2023

The Pinot Blanc from the Klet Brda wine cooperative radiates a straw-yellow colour from the glass. Very inviting. On the nose, it immediately reveals its fruity side. Citrus notes, especially lemon and grapefruit, but also apples and exotic hints of lychee.

In the mouth, aromas of white flowers, honey and, towards the end, light almond flavours complement the taste. The exotic fruits are complemented by notes of pear. The Pinot Blanc from Slovenia has a fresh acidity, just right. This also makes it a very nice companion for oriental dishes.

It has a beautiful structure overall, very velvety and engaging.
