Refreshing, elegant white wine cuvée from Slovenia

The Benedict White, formerly Janez, from Dveri Pax is a typical fresh cuvée of the region made from Furmint, Sauvignon, Welschriesling and Pinot Gris.

The Furmint and the Riesling contribute freshness and local character, the Pinot Gris adds body, while the Sauvignon Blanc complements the aromatic complexity and gives it an international touch.

Hand-picked, it is well-balanced and harmonious, perfect for enjoyment. It is youthful, quite fruity on the nose with apples, lemons and some juicy yellow fruits. On the palate, it is dry with a lighter body, crisp acids and a beautifully intense flavour.

A wine for cosy evenings with friends or balmy summer evenings on the balcony.

It goes wonderfully with white poultry, fish or light pasta dishes.
