Elegant, refreshing rosé sparkling wine from the Dveri-Pax winery

The Dveri-Pax Brut Rosé has a fine salmon pink in color and a beautiful perlage. The nose is gentle, delicate and reminiscent of ripe wild strawberries, discrete spices, ripe red apples and a little yeast. Despite its maturity it is still very young and fresh. You can store it very well.

On the palate it is nice and dry and still very tingly. The sparkling wine from Slovenia has only a very low acidity and has an even stronger taste of berries, bread crust and yeast. A rosé sparkling wine of the highest quality, just as we would like it to be.

It matured on the yeast for 24 months and was made in the classic bottle fermentation process. An excellent sparkling wine from Slovenia.
