Produced using the classic method, with 36 months of fermentation and no added sugar, this Brut Nature from the Dveri-Pax winery in Slovenia is truly exceptional. A ‘Slovenian champagne’, you could say. 70% Chardonnay and 30% Blanc de Noir from Pinot Noir grapes are a perfect match for creating something great.

Its soft, golden-yellow colour radiates and already from the glass and presents itself elegantly, densely, sparklingly. Aromas of dried flowers and grasses, as well as bread crusts and yeast, are noticeable. Aromas that we love in the best sparkling wines! On the palate, it is very dry, lively and incredibly slender, considering the warm 2012 vintage. Ripe apples dominate the taste in the mouth and are rounded off by a long finish.
