Elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from Vinakoper

Vinakoper's Capris Cabernet Sauvignon has a classic, intense ruby red colour. It is matured partly in barrique barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. This gives it the perfect balance of fruit, maturity and complexity.

The nose is reminiscent of red fruits, blackcurrants, liquorice and hints of sweet pepper. On the palate, we find an abundance of different forest fruits, raspberries and dark cherries. It is full-bodied on the palate, versatile and characterised by ripe tannins. The Cabernet Sauvignon from Slovenia is dry, but still has a pleasantly sweet character that fades away with a fruity and slightly spicy note.
