Aromatic Rebula white wine with beautiful ripeness

On 12 hectares, beautifully located in Goriska Brda, Andrej Srebernic grows regional wines and international varieties in a natural manner. For Rumena Rebula, the grapes are picked by hand when fully ripe. Fermentation takes place on the skins with natural yeasts for 4-5 days. The Slovenian white wine then matures for 12 months in used oak barrels.

The Rebula has an intense, dry golden color in the glass. At first glance it is a powerful wine with a great structure. Aromas of peaches and green apples on the nose, followed by great minerality on the palate, vanilla aromas and rounded off with the pleasant acidity and fine tannins typical of Rebula.

Andrej gives his wines time to mature perfectly. The Rebula has an intense aroma and depth. An insider tip!
