Shiraz, a grape variety that is cultivated worldwide and also produces great wines in Slovenian Istria. The vines are harvested by hand in early October. The red wine matures in large oak barrels in order to achieve all its aromatic diversity.

In the glass it is very dark ruby ​​colored. Prunes, green pepper, the sweet aroma of the crust of croissants and herbal notes are noticeable on the nose. Great softness and fullness on the palate. A very pleasant mouthfeel spreads. This combines wonderfully with mature fruitiness, vanilla and the piquant note of green pepper, which continues in the long, pleasant finish of the Vinakoper Shiraz.
