The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand at the beginning of September. Refosk is a red wine variety that is the most popular in Slovenia. It gives the Capris Rosé a fruity freshness that is perfectly complemented by the spiciness and strength of the Merlot.

The aroma of this sparkling wine is seductive, with a pleasant bouquet of raspberries, cherries, wild strawberries, cranberries and red currants. On the palate, it also displays an abundance of berry notes, supported by its sparkling character.
