Highly aromatic rosé from Santomas

After hand-picking, the Santomas Rosé vines are stored in a cool place overnight before pressing. The aging takes place in steel tanks on the lees for four months before bottling. This is how the fruity, complex aroma of the rosé from Slovenian Istria is created.

The color of the Santomas Rosé is light pink with a touch of ruby ​​red. Complex aromas of strawberries and raspberries and light peppery spices on the nose. Very harmonious and engaging. Medium-bodied, dry on the palate with the same fruity expression as on the nose.

Elegant and juicy rosé with balanced acidity that combines the best of the three cuvée varieties Refosk, Merlot and Shiraz. A must-taste for anyone who loves complex, elegant rosé wines.
