Sauvignonasse, also called green Sauvignon, is a regional white wine variety from Goriska Brda in Slovenia, which is known for its special aromatic structure. At the Klet Brda wine cooperative, all grapes are harvested by hand. The Sauvignonasse is then fully matured in steel tanks.

In the glass, the golden yellow with golden reflections stand out. The Sauvignonasse is immediately recognizable on the nose. Aromas of meadow flowers, elderberry, pine needles and almonds. Minerality emerges in the mouth surrounded by only light acidity. Now the Quercus Sauvignonasse also shows its body and the complex aroma structure. The finish is long and above all the almond aroma accompanies us to the end.
