Quercus Rosé Klet Brda 2022

Our first rosé made from the Merlot grape from Slovenia. Exclusively hand-picked grapes, the entire expansion of the rosé wine takes place in steel tanks. The result is a fruity, full-bodied rosé that can be served as an aperitif or goes well with various dishes from pasta to sandwiches.

Light pink in the glass. The aromas on the nose are berry, especially raspberries and currants, but also cherries and some grapefruit. Its fullness is evident in the mouth, very engaging, velvety, pleasantly light acidity. The finish is longer than expected, but the fruity freshness remains.

The Quercus Rosé from Klet Brda shows that rosé wines do not necessarily have to be light and sparkling. A full-bodied rosé with beautiful fruit and length, which convinces in every respect and is a pleasure.
