Piranske Soline Fleur de Sel 125 g in a cup

The Fleur de Sel (blossom of salt/Solni Cvet) of Piranske Soline comes from the Istrian peninsula from the ecologically controlled nature park Secovlje Saline, Piran in Slovenia.

The salt flower is the best of sun and sea at the same time. It only forms in suitable weather conditions as a wafer-thin layer on the water surface and has to be skimmed off by hand. This is how the most beautiful crystals are formed. Produced in a traditional and centuries-old way in the Secovlje Salt Pans Nature Park. For that special taste, for clarity of mind.
