Pét-Nat, the abbreviation for the French term pétillant-naturel, is an exciting type of sparkling wine. Pét-Nat is used for natural sparkling wines, produced according to the "méthode ancestrale". The sparkling wine is bottled before the first fermentation is complete and remains unfiltered.

The Matic Mea Rosé Pet Nat is a sparkling pink-red sparkling wine made from the Blaufränkisch grape variety. It has a beautiful light pink shimmer in the glass and an exceptionally fresh nose with notes of cut citrus, spring flowers and even freshly mown grass. It evokes the feeling of a walk on the first warm days of the year.

On the dry palate we find a nice lemon-lime note, rounded off with a fine acidity that is common to all Matic wines and characteristic of Blaufränkisch. The finish is wonderful with hints of cherry and bubblegum. A Pet-Nat that is simply fun and brings spring into the glass.
