Flawless sparkling wine in a class of its own using the classic method

Produced according to the classic method, in 36 months of fermentation and without the addition of sugar, the Brut Natur from the Dveri-Pax winery in Slovenia is created. You could say a "Slovenian champagne". 70% Chardonnay and 30% Blanc de Noir made from Pinot Noir grapes, are perfect for creating something big.

Its soft, golden yellow color shines out from the glass and is elegant, dense, pearly. A scent of dried flowers and grasses as well as bread crust and yeast is noticeable. Flavors we love in the best sparkling wines! In the mouth it is very dry, lively and incredibly slim when we keep an eye on the warm 2012 vintage. Ripe apples dominate the taste in the mouth and are rounded off by a long finish.

Not surprisingly, it was therefore honored with an excellent bronze medal at the Decanter Wine Awards 2019.
