Pinot Noir natural wine of the absolute top class

The Burja Zorz by Primoz Lavrencic is an exceptional single vineyard Pinot Noir natural wine. Only the best grapes from the Zadomajc vineyard are used for the wine and, as with all of the winery's wines, are harvested by hand. The vines are 20 years old. The red wine is fermented spontaneously and matures in 1000 liter Slavonian oak barrels and is bottled unfiltered.

Ruby red in the glass, bright. Not too dark. Typical Pinot Noir. Ripe cherries, strawberries, plum compote combined with earthy notes, leather and fine vanilla on the nose. Red berries continue in the mouth. Great minerality, very juicy. Its noticeable tannins give it excellent structure and presence. Rounded off by a long finish.
