The bees produce this mild, fruity and delicately fragrant honey from the nectar of flowers and fruit trees around the monastery – a true delicacy from Slovenia.

The monastery has 45 beehives located in the monastery garden. Most of the honey is produced for the monastery's own use. Any surplus is available in the monastery shop. And from us.
