One of the best natural wine rosé in Slovenia in a 6-pack

The grapes grew in the Vogrsko and Brajda sites on marl and clay. The vines are extremely densely planted with 11,900 vines per hectare. The yield is only 40 hectolitres per hectare.

It was produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the winery. It was first released in 1987. It is produced in the traditional way, with the grapes being harvested by hand and carefully selected. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in stainless steel tanks using only the grape's own yeasts. In addition to distinctive berry notes, it has fine spicy notes and subtle hints of pepper.
