New to the range this year, the Rebula selection from the Batic winery in the Vipava Valley in Slovenia. Only the best Rebula grapes are used in this orange wine-making white wine. 11 months of aging in barriques make this Rebula an exceptional orange wine. Due to its aromatic power, the Rebula is perfect for vinification as an orange wine. Their varietal notes of grapefruit, acacia blossom and lime are wonderfully intensified by the contact with the peel and the ripening time. The tannins stay pleasantly in the background and complement each other perfectly with the freshness and fruitiness of the Rebula. Particularly with this Rebula is the long-lasting finish, dominated by the unique cedar wood notes.
