The Aragosta Spumante Rosé is a harmonious rosé spumante from the regional grape variety Cannonau from Sardinia. After the soft pressing of the ripe grapes and static clarification, gentle fermentation follows at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks with subsequent maturation. The secondary fermentation of the Spumante from Sardinia takes place according to the Charmat method. The Santa Maria La Palma cooperative winery is known far beyond Sardinia for its excellent regional Sardinian wines.

In the bouquet of the Aragosta Spumante Rosé we find aromas of wild strawberries and cherries complemented by intense floral notes. In the mouth perfectly dry, fresh, fruity and pleasantly velvety. Very stimulating.
