The Rosato of Cantine di Dolianova was made from Cannonau as a single variety. The grapes come from vineyards around the winery in southern Sardinia. The soils here are very much characterized by clay and lime. The Rosada is a real aroma wonder! Strawberries, cherries, raspberries, pepper, peonies and orange blossoms. An intense, fruity rosé wine. Juicy, spicy fruit on the palate, elegant, fine melting, stimulating and with a long finish.
