Refreshing, elegant white wine blend from Slovenia

The Benedict White, formerly Janez, from Dveri Pax is a typical fresh blend of the region made from Furmint, Sauvignon, Welschriesling and Pinot Gris.

Welschriesling and Furmint are responsible for the freshness and local character, the Pinot Gris contributes to the body of the wine, while the Sauvignon Blanc complements the aromatic complexity and gives it an international touch.

Handpicked, it is balanced and harmonious, so you can really enjoy it. It is youthful, quite fruity on the nose with apples, lemons and some juicy yellow fruits. It is dry on the palate with a lighter body, crisp acids and a nice, intense aroma on the palate.

A wine for sofa evenings with friends or mild summer evenings on the balcony.

It goes wonderfully with white poultry, fish or light pasta dishes.
