Modern, young, dynamic – this is the focus of the Mont Mes line from the Castelfeder winery. The Pinot Grigio also follows this concept. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. The result is a Pinot Gris with a fruity note and a strong character.

In the glass, a very inviting, bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose, aromas of pears and ripe apples, accompanied by fine citrus notes. On the palate, this white wine from South Tyrol is harmonious, dry, yet full-bodied. Very round on the finish with a pleasant acidity that gives it its freshness.

The Pinot Grigio Mont Mes from Castelfeder truly lives up to the Mont Mes line of the winery. Harmonious, expressive and beautifully dynamic.
