Riesling natural wine from Slovenia

The pressed grapes remain on the mash for 18 hours without being destemmed, i.e. including the stalks, and extract the pronounced tannins. After pressing, the juice spontaneously ferments in used wooden barrels (300 l), where it matures for about 1 year. Vino Gross even welcomes the biological acid reduction, which is extremely unusual in the development of a Riesling.
