Matic Yellow Muscat 2025

A dreamy natural Muscat wine

Matija Zerjav’s dry Muscat – known simply as Matic – has a rich golden colour in the glass and, in true natural wine style, is unfiltered. As is customary for a great orange wine, this white wine spent 12 days in contact with the grape skins before being aged in a stainless steel tank. This is what gives it its intense colour and aroma.

On the nose, it is immediately clear that this is a yellow Muscat. Aromatic notes of honeysuckle and tropical fruits take centre stage and leave you wanting more. Completely dry on the palate with citrus and apple flavours and a slightly floral tingle on the tongue. Light tannins and peach notes round off this natural wine beauty. Matic himself says his Yellow Muscat is pure sunshine in a bottle. We couldn’t agree more.
